Welcome to the 2024 OSA Information Hub for Principals, ADs, and Student-Athletes
Congratulations on your nomination as one of this year’s OSA recipients. The next two months leading up to, and the awards banquet represent one of our most favorite times of the year! During this time, we look forward to getting to know you and learning why you are so deserving of this honor. Then on May 6, 2024, it will be our privilege to recognize you for all your academic and athletic accomplishments.

This form is only for your (Principal/AD) to use in determining your senior male and female nominee.

Student nominees and their parents are to be notified by (Principal/AD) no later than Monday, February 26. Please personally call and make sure the parents/guardians are aware of the banquet, scholarship opportunity, and all the deadlines:
